Access to and use of the Site is subject to any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within the Site and the terms and conditions of the User Agreement (collectively, the "Site Agreement"), and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE SITE AGREEMENT. Any such changes will appear on the individual pages of the Site and/or on this screen. By using the Site, you agree in advance to accept any such changes.

Corbett Construction, LLC may make information regarding specific programs, offers or promotions which Corbett Construction, LLC is conducting available on the Site. NEITHER CORBETTCONSTRUCTION.NET OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS OR RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE SITE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST CORBETT CONSTRUCTION, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS, OPINIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE SITE.

Corbett Construction, LLC does not review or monitor any websites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any such linked websites. Your linking to such websites is at your own risk. In addition, you agree not to link your website or any other third party website to the Site without the express prior written consent of Corbett Construction, LLC.

The Site Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Alabama applicable to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely within the State of Alabama.
